On the back of her performance at the recent British Open Amateur Championships at North Berwick, Hertfordshire’s Hannah Burke (Mid Herts) has been invited to enter the Ladies European Tour English Open to be played at The Oxfordshire Golf Club from 4th to 6th July

red
course

Heath
on
28th
May.
Joint
leader

the
first
round,
she
shot
a

par

in
the
morning
and
had
just
teed
off
on
the
green
course
in
the
afternoon
when
the
competition
was
cancelled
due
to
torrential
rain.
Having
shot

under
on
the
back
nine,
Charlie
won
on
countback.
